End User License Agreement
Your use of Ivory Note is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If these purchase terms conflict with that agreement, Apple’s agreement controls.
Ivory Pro purchases
Ivory Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription and as a one-time Version Pass. Both options unlock the Pro features described in the app. The Version Pass includes Pro features in Ivory versions 2 and 3.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country or region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Monthly subscription
Monthly Pro renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve as Ivory Note is improved. Ivory Note does not promise that every feature will be available on every device or operating-system version. StoreKit purchases, billing, refunds, and family-sharing eligibility are administered by Apple under its applicable policies.
Recording responsibility
Always obtain permission before recording other people. You are responsible for following applicable laws, school rules, and workplace policies.
